With 20 years of practice and over 10 years of teaching experience, Meghan skillfully meets the varying needs of her students in both, group classes and private settings.

Drawing inspiration from Ashtanga, Iyengar and Katonah methods, Meghan teaches Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative Yoga and meditation. All lessons are taught with a strong focus on alignment and attention to breath for ultimate clarity.

Meghan completed her initial teacher training with the NY based teacher's teacher, Liz Mandarano in 2010, and has subsequently studied under the guidance of some of the most knowledgeable and well regarded teachers in the current yoga world. Her most recent training (2019) was under the direction of Judith Hanson Lasater.


Meghan’s teaching is rooted in her strong belief that a yoga practice is deeply informative and has the profound capacity to heal. She encourages her students to find and deepen in points of receptivity and ease in their practice.


Meghan’s classes are thoughtful and considered and are designed to leave students feeling clear, steady, dimensional and light (maybe a little sweaty too).
