Ruby grew up in the small mountain town of Crested Butte, Colorado. After graduating from high school in 2020, she took a gap year and then attended Santa Barbara City College for a year. The mountains called Ruby back to Colorado, where she finished out her college years at CU Boulder. She graduated in the Spring of 2025 with a Bachelor's degree in Media Production and a minor in Journalism.

 

Ruby has always had a passion for creativity, taking photos, editing videos, and creating content. Check out her website. She also has a deep love for the outdoors and the purity of living a healthy and balanced lifestyle. She has been quite comfortable in the kitchen from a young age and understands that a healthy meal can look and taste amazing. Ruby is extremely active and enjoys biking, hiking, rock climbing, camping, dancing, and many other activities. If Ruby isn’t playing in the mountains, she will likely be off adventuring on a road trip or exploring another country.

Ruby has also completed her 10-month Mindful Eating Certification, which allows her to share this wisdom with our team and you through her media and marketing efforts. Keep an eye out for this content as it pertains to all of us!

 

Recently, Ruby has completed her Reiki I and Reiki II training, and she is headed back to Crested Butte to do an internship with Match Stick Productions.
