Welcome to your Mindful Eating Course! This course is meant to be a starting point for your mindfulness journey. It focuses on eating and how we can change and morph our relationship with food by using mindfulness practices. In this course, you will be guided through two sections. 1) Section one is focused on education, what mindfulness is, how it connects to your relationship with food, and what mindful eating looks like. There is also a handout attached for you to download and follow along. 2) The second section focuses on how to implement and practice mindfulness in your life. This section includes a handout with some practices and a guided meditation you can visit whenever you need. Thank you for joining. Let's get mindful!
