Jen Nolan

With over two decades of experience in holistic and clinical nutrition, Jen Nolan is a passionate advocate for personalized, root-cause, and metabolic-based care. Her work blends cutting-edge nutritional modalities with deep respect for the mental, emotional, and energetic aspects of healing, because true wellness happens on every level.

 

Jen holds a BS in Food Science, Human Nutrition, and Dietetics from Colorado State University, a Master’s in Holistic Nutrition, and multiple specialty certifications, including Oncology Nutrition Consulting (250 hours), Nutrition Genome Practitioner, and Metabolic Balance® Coach. She is also a certified Reiki III practitioner through Reiki Colorado, supporting clients in reconnecting with emotional balance and energetic resilience alongside nutritional care. 

 

A proud graduate of the Terrain Advocate Program (TAP) through Dr. Nasha Winters’ Metabolic Terrain Institute of Health, Jen has served as a mentor to TAP students and as a guest instructor in Dr. Nasha’s Metabolic Terrain Regenerative Medicine Courses, where she trains practitioners in metabolic nutrition and individualized, terrain-based care.

 

Jen’s clinical work focuses on therapeutic ketogenic diets, autoimmune protocols, metabolic terrain balancing, and precision nutrition, utilizing genetic testing through Nutrition Genome and various functional testing methods. 

 

What truly sets Jen apart is her ability to weave mindset, emotional well-being, and spiritual nourishment into the healing process. Clients quickly discover that working with Jen means receiving compassionate, personalized, and whole-person guidance, where food is medicine, and your emotional landscape matters just as much.

 

When she’s not working one-on-one or teaching, you’ll find Jen speaking at conferences, guesting on podcasts, mentoring, or adventuring in the mountains of Colorado. She’s an avid mountain biker, trail runner, skier, and proud mom who finds joy in family, friends, nature, and endlessly exploring the intersections of health, nutrition, and consciousness.
